Dr. Mofizur Rahman graduated from Chittagong Medical College (CMC) in 1980 and worked under the Ministry of Health in Bangladesh for 5 years. He has done his post-graduation under the University of London, UK, completed his diploma of Neurology from the Institute of Neurology, Queen Square, London, in 1989 and his Master’s degree in Neuroscience under British Post-graduate Medical Federation, UK, in 1992. Dr. Mofizur Rahman worked as an Honorary Lecturer in Neurology unit at All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) India from 1993 to 1995. In 1997, he worked as a Consultant Neurologist at King Fahad Hospital, Medina Al-Munawarah, Saudi Arabia, under Ministry of Health for 14 years with a 5-year tenure as the Head of the Neurology Unit. In 2011, he moved to work in King Abdul Aziz Hospital, Makkah, for 2 years and in 2013, he started to work in King Faizul Hospital, Taif, for 5 years, under the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. In 2019, he worked in Saudi-German Hospital, Medina, Saudi Arabia for a year. Through his excellent education and over 32 years of experience, he has attained considerable acquaintance with Clinical Neurological Care System, and immense knowledge and skill in the diagnosis and management of Neurological problems ranging from general to emergency conditions. Dr. Mofizur Rahman is committed to play vital role in ensuring sound, optimal, rational and comprehensive healthcare for the patients with neurological problems in Bangladesh through his individualized care management plans. To fulfill his commitment, he has joined as a Senior Consultant Neurologist at Square Hospitals Ltd.
